Marek Migalski: Voter turnout scam. Participation in elections is a right, not an obligation

I will start with a personal confession - I will not take part in the first round of the presidential elections , because none of the candidates sufficiently correspond to my views, but I will vote in the second, guided primarily by negative emotions, i.e. the desire to prevent someone I consider a threat to my safety from taking the highest office in the country. This is a fully conscious and civic attitude - I am exercising my rights after deep consideration. I even think that this consideration was longer and more serious than in the case of most of the approximately 20 million voters who will take part in the May election.
