Musa Juwara has become a new player of Pogoń Szczecin. The winger from Gambia has signed a three-year contract with the club with an option to extend the contract for another twelve months. He joined the Pride of Pomerania on a permanent transfer from Vejle BK.
The 24-year-old footballer, born in Gambia, emigrated to Italy at the age of 14. In his youth career, he represented Virtus Avigliano, Chievo and Torino. He also made his Serie A debut for the team from Verona at the age of just under 18. In 2019, he became a player of another team from the Apennine Peninsula - Bologna FC 1909. In total, he played 13 matches in the highest league in Italy, in which he scored 1 goal.
The Gambian player was a player of Bologna FC 1909 for four years. During this period, he was loaned from the club to Portuguese Boavista FC, playing in Serie B, FC Crotone, and also Danish Odense Boldklub. In 2023, he moved on a permanent transfer to another club from Denmark - Velje BK. In recent years, he played a total of 63 matches for this team, in which he scored 8 goals and recorded 12 assists.
Juwara is also a representative of his country. The footballer has five appearances for the Gambian first team.

At the age of 14 he set off alone for Europe, travelling through Senegal, Morocco and Tunisia before reaching Sicily.
