Rafał Brzoska reacts to Onet's text. "He'll make sure she doesn't have to earn extra money"
"Freedom is much more precious. But yes, it was about 2 thousand dollars [8 thousand zloty] for fourth place in the Olympic Games. They threatened me that I would have to return everything I got. I was afraid that it would be passed on to my family, that was also an argument for bringing my loved ones to Poland," Kozłowska told Przegląd Sportowy Onet after escaping political repression in Belarus. Thanks to her Polish roots, she managed to obtain citizenship and represent our country. She combined winning the Polish championship with working as a saleswoman in a supermarket. - Karina's story is a perfect example of how talent and determination can overcome all obstacles. When we learned about her fate - a young archer who had to flee Belarus, combine work in a shop with training and still won the Polish championship - we had to react. InPost Sport Team was created with such people in mind - ambitious, determined and with a love for sport. I am glad that thanks to joining our team, Karina will be able to focus on her passion and stand on the podium in white and red colors more than once! - says Rafał Brzoska in a press release.
– I was really shocked when I received the information that I would join the InPost Sport Team. I am very grateful that InPost decided to help me develop. My life turned out this way – I did not want to stop training, but at the same time I did not have any support. I am very happy that this will change now – emphasizes Karina Kozłowska, the fourth athlete of the Olympic Games in Tokyo. She wants to go to Los Angeles as a representative of Poland.
