Tennis. Iga Świątek ranks third in the WTA rankings after Wimbledon triumph

After Saturday's triumph at Wimbledon, Iga Świątek moved from fourth to third in the world tennis rankings. Her final opponent, American Amanda Anisimova, entered the top ten for the first time in her career, in seventh place.
Świątek won 6-0, 6-0 in less than an hour on Saturday, securing her first victory at the London tournament. She now has six Grand Slam titles to her name.
Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka remains at the top of the WTA rankings, with a nearly 5,000-point lead over second-place Coco Gauff. Świątek trails the American by 856 points.
Another US tennis player, Jessica Pegula, dropped to fourth place, while Mirra Andreyeva moved up two places to fifth. This is the highest career position for the 18-year-old Russian.
Magdalena Fręch retained 24th place, and Magda Linette moved from 29th to 28th.
Sabalenka also leads the "Race to the WTA Finals" rankings, which will determine the eight participants in the season-ending tournament in Riyadh. The Belarusian has already secured a spot in this prestigious event. Świątek has moved up to second place, and Gauff is in third.
