They put two women through hell and fled Poland. We have a letter from the court
Marcin F. a.k.a. Kawiaq and Bartłomiej K. a.k.a. Tucznik were first heard about in November 2023 by all of Poland. At that time, the patostreamers organized live broadcasts in which they abused two young women. When the case was publicized, they fled the country and declared themselves "untouchable." However, they quickly returned to the country, were caught by the police, and then taken to temporary detention.
They spent over a year there and left in mid-January 2025, as we wrote here . So we can ask ourselves: what's next? We asked the District Court in Bytom, which is overseeing this case, about this. We got a response from them, the content of which we present below. As it turns out, Kawiaq and his colleague are currently waiting for the court's move, and the key date is March 13. That's when the first preliminary hearing will begin.
Key date in the Kawiaq and Tucznik case. We reveal new information"Acting pursuant to art. 14 sec. 1 of the Act of 6 September 2001 on access to public information, in response to your inquiry regarding case file reference II K 1607/24, pending before the District Court in Bytom, I hereby kindly inform you that the referee judge Marta Jasińska has been appointed to the case. No hearing date has yet been set in the case. A preliminary hearing pursuant to art. 349 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been set for 13 March 2025, 10:00 a.m., room 106," we read in the letter received.
"The preliminary hearing is held without the participation of the public and the media. In accordance with the provisions of Article 355 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the hearing is held in public. The decision as to whether the hearing in this case will be conducted in camera is up to the reporting judge and has not been made at this time. I would also like to inform you that no witnesses are being summoned to the preliminary hearing," the vice-president of the District Court in Bytom, Monika Serwatka, informs us further.
"Regarding the question regarding the defendants responding from a "free position", I would like to kindly inform you that the defendants are not under temporary arrest, which preventive measure was revoked by the decision of the District Court in Bytom of January 16, 2025. In its place, the court applied non-custodial preventive measures to both defendants in the form of police supervision, property bail and a ban on leaving the country," the answer ends.
The letter we received from the court regarding Kawiaq and Tucznik

Who are the two described earlier? Kawiaq has been known on the internet for many months, and his character has caused a lot of controversy. The November events are actually the tip of the iceberg. Apart from them, the patostreamer has on his account, among others, bragging about selling "fake" iPhones, or attacking random passers-by with pepper spray.
He eagerly bragged about all of this on social media to attract attention at all costs. In fact, his "career" on the internet was based on this. As for Bartłomiej K., aka Tucznik, he was not previously known on the web. He is a friend of Kawiaq, who appeared on the aforementioned pathological broadcasts, which took place in November 2023. He took part in them, which is why he later fled Poland together with Marcin F. and was later arrested.
