“Casa dos Poços” olive oil won two medals in the national olive oil competition

The company 'Casa dos Poços' won two medals in the national olive oil competition of Portugal 2025, one Gold, Best Organic Olive Oil (Ripe Fruity category), and one Silver (Small Producers - Ripe Fruity category) with the olive oil “Casa dos Poços”.
The National Olive Oil Competition of Portugal (CNAP) is an event that takes place annually on the privileged stage that is the National Agricultural Fair, in Santarém.
Organized by the Alentejo Olive Oil Study and Promotion Center (CEPAAL) and the National Center for Agricultural Exhibitions and Markets (CNEMA), the Portuguese National Olive Oil Competition has the institutional sponsorship of the International Olive Council (IOC), being the first worldwide to receive this recognition, in 2016, thus reinforcing its importance in the valorization and promotion of the sector and Portuguese olive oil.
This sponsorship recognizes the highest levels of rigor, technical demand and excellence in compliance with the standards of the International Olive Council for Virgin Olive Oil quality awards.
The National Olive Oil Competition of Portugal is exclusive to national olive oils and aims to distinguish homogeneous batches of Virgin Olive Oil, obtained solely by mechanical processes, produced in the last campaign.
