Alexandre Silva is the CDU candidate for the parish of Mexilhoeira Grande

Known as an active citizen committed to social causes, the candidate has participated in movements such as “Eradicating Poverty” and “Door to Door – Home to Live”, initiatives that aim to guarantee decent living conditions for everyone. At work level, he is a union leader at SIESI, a structure of CGTP-IN , where he has affirmed “the fight for rights, fair wages and better conditions for those who work”.

According to the Democratic Unitary Coalition ( CDU ), Alexandre Silva presents himself with the commitment to carry out “serious and close-knit work”, with the “political courage” that the coalition claims to represent, and with the objective of “raising the importance” of Mexilhoeira Grande.

The candidacy argues that it is urgent to “reverse the course of discouragement and destruction felt in the less coastal areas of the country”, starting with the parish. “With the CDU and Alexandre Silva, let us be the force that encourages the dreams of all Mexilhoeirenses”, concludes the statement.
