BCP with profits of 906.4 million in 2024 up 5.9%
BCP reported profits of 906.4 million euros last year, an increase of 5.9%. In Portugal, profits were 786.4 million, up 8.5% compared to 2023. This was considered a reasonable result by CEO Miguel Maya. The financial margin stabilized, rising by just 0.2% to 2,830.9 million.

BCP reported profits of 906.4 million euros last year, an increase of 5.9%. In Portugal, profits were 786.4 million, up 8.5% compared to 2023. This was considered a reasonable result by CEO Miguel Maya. The financial margin stabilized, rising by just 0.2% to 2,830.9 million.
The Polish bank records a profit of 167.1 million euros.
The BCP group's return on equity (ROE) amounted to 13.8%.
The CET 14 capital ratio is 16.3 % and the total capital ratio is 20.6 % , “ incorporating the effect of the €200 million share buyback programme authorised by the supervisor ” , which is about to be initiated . The ratios presented correspond to an increase of 89 bp and 72 bp, respectively , compared to the same period last year .
