Carla Zambelli's husband goes to Israel and has his accounts blocked by the Supreme Federal Court

Federal Deputy Carla Zambelli's (PL-SP) husband, Colonel Antônio Aginaldo de Oliveira, had his bank accounts frozen by the Supreme Federal Court (STF) upon his arrival in Israel. The order was issued by Justice Alexandre de Moraes. Attorney Fábio Pagnozzi, who is representing the couple, stated that the measure covers Oliveira's retirement and salary.
Zambelli has been imprisoned in Rome since July 29, awaiting analysis of the Brazilian government's extradition request to Italy. She was sentenced to 10 years and 8 months in prison, the loss of her mandate, and a fine of R$2 million for hacking into the National Council of Justice (CNJ) system.
In July of this year, Oliveira left his post as Secretary of Public Security in Caucaia, Ceará, to join Zambelli. He was commander of the National Force during the Bolsonaro administration. Before leaving for Israel, the colonel was in Rome with the congresswoman.
Pagnozzi told the newspaper O Globo that the military officer learned of the blockade while already in Israel. "The loss is the same for both of them, because no one survives without money. They are directly closing in on the congresswoman's entire family," the lawyer emphasized, adding that the trip to Israel was for religious reasons.
On Wednesday (13), Zambelli fell ill during the hearing that would decide whether she remains in prison or will be granted parole while awaiting the extradition process. The parliamentarian's defense is trying to prevent her return to Brazil, arguing that there is a "serious anomaly" in the case against her.
Hacker Walter Delgatti Neto, who allegedly acted at Zambelli's behest, was sentenced to 8 years and 3 months in prison, initially in a closed regime, in addition to joint payment of the fine. The rapporteur declared both men ineligible for office for eight years, starting from the date of their conviction.
