Independent Carlos Quinteiro is the CDU candidate for the City Council
Born and resident in Lamares, Vila Real, Carlos Quinteiro, 56 years old, is a teacher and accepted the challenge launched by the CDU to fight for Vila Real, which “needs better public services”.
“The public purse is wasting money on services that are provided by someone when they should be provided by state entities, such as the city council and schools, which should have stronger skills and more staff to better serve the community.”
The CDU candidate also advocates strengthening the National Health Service, which must “continue to be public and of quality”.
