Oil prices have seen "better days"

Oil prices on international markets have been negative over the past two years and 2025 has not started off well either. Brent from the North Sea, which serves as a reference for imports from Portugal, and West Texas Intermediate (WTI) – the benchmark for the United States – remain in the red so far this year.
