Sentenced with Zambelli, hacker Delgatti makes friends with 'celebrities' and plays ball with Robinho in the 'prison of stars'

With the end of appeals at the Federal Supreme Court ( STF ) on the 6th, the arrest ceased to be preventive and the hacker began serving his sentence .

In Penitentiary 2 of Tremembé , in the interior of São Paulo, Delgatti made famous friends or friends who became well-known after committing crimes.

⚽The hacker plays football with former player Robinho, talks to him about politics and has even received food from his colleague, according to what he told his lawyer, Ariovaldo Moreira.

Zambelli was accused by the Attorney General's Office (PGR) of being the mastermind behind this crime. She was sentenced to 10 years in prison and the loss of her mandate. She is currently on leave from the Chamber of Deputies until the deputies analyze her case.

According to the PGR's accusation, the invasion of the CNJ was carried out in January 2023 with the aim of taking away the credibility of the Judiciary and reinforcing questions about the 2022 election.

In the prison yard, where prisoners stay in the mornings, the hacker also talks to other well-known convicts, such as former doctor Roger Abdelmassih , accused of raping several patients; businessman Thiago Brennand , accused of assaulting women; and Fernando Sastre Filho , who killed a ride-hailing driver with his Porsche last year in São Paulo.

Delgatti is preparing to start a course inside the prison and is waiting for a job vacancy.

👨🏻‍💼The São Paulo Penitentiary Administration Secretariat reported that "the prisoner is regularly enrolled in a professional qualification course in the Warehouse area".

"After completing the course, he will be available for inclusion in a job vacancy, depending on the availability of the prison unit," he said.

📚Delgatti said that he works out at the P2 gym in Tremembé and that he reads books. One of the recent titles was "O Segredo de Luísa" — a plot that revolves around an entrepreneurial woman.

Before being arrested for the invasion of the CNJ, Delgatti had already been sentenced in the first instance to 20 years in prison for hacking public authorities in the former Lava Jato Operation.

In this case, investigated in Operation Spoofing, the hacker is responding in freedom because there are still pending appeals in the second instance of the Federal Court in Brasília.
