Tastemade presents: Stuffed Cookie

Ingredients
- 300g of butter at room temperature
- 1 ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ⅓ cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs + 2 yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 4 cups of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups of Nutella
- ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation Method
- Using a mixer or whisk, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is very light.
- Add the eggs and vanilla essence. Mix.
- Add the flour, baking soda, yeast and salt, and mix with a spatula.
- Add the chocolate drops and mix.
- In a pan, with the bottom lined with parchment paper, place half of the dough and flatten it gently with the palm of your hand.
- Arrange the Nutella, making sure to leave the edges free, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Cover with the remaining dough and finish with chocolate drops.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
