Portugal beats Montenegro in the Golden League

Portugal began this Saturday with a victory over Montenegro its participation in Tournament 9 of the preliminary phase of the European women's volleyball Golden League, which is taking place in Kaposvár, Hungary.

The Portuguese team thus achieved their second victory in the Golden League, after beating Slovenia 3-1 in Vila do Conde.
After today's game, Portugal rose to 10th place in the tournament, with two wins and three losses, just like Spain, but with a worse balance in terms of sets won and lost.
The top four teams from the preliminary round will secure a place in the final four, scheduled for June 28 and 29 in Angelholm, Sweden.
