In the sequence that aired in the first chapter, Lola (Gisele Fraga) showed off her butt while having sex with Dado (Claudio Heinrich) in the gym's locker room. The couple was caught by a group of young people, including Fabinho, played by Bruno de Luca, who was only 12 years old .
Roberto Talma was responsible for such a headache . According to Folha, the original text stated that only the couple's silhouettes appeared, suggesting a sexual act, and that Bruno would not appear in the scene. The nudity and the child actor's appearance were the general director's decisions.
Globo was fined for airing the scene without prior authorization from the Rio de Janeiro Juvenile Court . The Child and Adolescent Statute required that scripts for scenes featuring minors be analyzed beforehand, but the network failed to submit the scripts for the first two episodes for review. The fine could reach 20 times the minimum wage.
