Dona Ruth cries and makes a strong statement about her dispute with Murilo Huff over Marília Mendonça's son: 'It was him'

This Sunday (13), Fantástico aired an interview conducted by Renata Capucci with Dona Ruth , mother of Marília Mendonça who recently lost custody of her grandson, Léo , to the child's father, Murilo Huff , with whom she previously shared the role.
"When we lose a child, we die together. You need to breathe with that half that remains. When I found myself without my grandson, I relived that. Then I went back to living that grief," Ruth declared, crying during her testimony.
"At what point did this relationship start to become conflicted?" the reporter asked. "We've always had a respectful relationship," the matriarch assured. "He's always lived with his family there (at home). And he (Léo) loves his father. So I've always wanted everyone to live together," the woman emphasized.
"At what point did that break down? This desire for everyone to live together as a family? Was there a break down? This split?" the journalist continued. "Not on my part. He was the one who filed the request. That's what I wanted to understand because we lived with respect. I respected him, and Mother's Day celebrations were always held here at home as a family. His family and mine, he came here," Ruth reinforced.
"Did they live together?" Renata asked. "They lived together until he went and asked for custody," the brunette replied. "I know we'll resolve this situation. Murilo and I, everything will be fine," the late country singer's mother assessed.
"In an agreement? Amicably, you mean?" the reporter asked. "No, we're going to resolve it the way he asked because he asked us to resolve it that way. So we're going to resolve it and everything will be fine," Ruth concluded on the program.
