During the period from May 16 to 18, the Tula State Traffic Safety Inspectorate identified 36 drivers who were driving while intoxicated. Of these, nine were driving while intoxicated, one handed over control to a drunk person, another drunk driver did not have a driver's license, thirteen refused to undergo a medical examination, and four drivers without a license also refused to undergo an examination. Criminal cases have been initiated against eight drivers who have repeatedly violated the law. The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Tula Region calls on all road users not to remain indifferent and to report cases of driving while intoxicated by calling the "Drunken Driver" hotline: 32-38-38. This can be done at any time.

As MK v Tule previously reported , drunk Tula residents caused 33 accidents in four months. These accidents claimed the lives of three people, and another 49 were seriously injured. A drunk driver loses concentration, thinks more slowly, and his movements become clumsy and unpredictable.
