A master class was held in Kalmykia for the Tsagan Sar holiday

The wards of the Tselinny Integrated Center for Social Services to the Population took an active part in a master class dedicated to the Tsagan Sar holiday.

The event was held by "silver" volunteers of the Tselinny district, who shared their knowledge about the traditions of the holiday. Particular attention was paid to the national treat of the Kalmyks.

Volunteers told about the types of bortsok, their symbolic meaning and cooking methods. Participants of the master class not only learned the theory, but were also able to try to cook the treat themselves, mastering the traditional skills of Kalmyk cuisine.
