Arctic Zone Residents Invested Almost 33 Billion Rubles in Pomorie

Pomorye retains first place among all Arctic regions in terms of the number of projects implemented by residents – 100 business initiatives have been launched in the region.

Over the five years of the preferential regime, 256 organizations with 289 investment projects received the status of AZRF resident.

– The volume of actually invested funds almost reached 33 billion rubles, 4,208 new jobs were created, and the tax return of enterprises amounted to 17 billion rubles, five of which went to the budget of the Arkhangelsk region, – reported the Governor of the Arkhangelsk region Alexander Tsybulsky on social networks.

In total, more than 7.6 thousand jobs will be created in the region by residents of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation and more than 207 billion rubles in investments will be attracted.

The volume of tax payments to budgets at all levels over 10 years of project implementation will amount to more than 62 billion rubles.
