The body of the former governor of Kursk region and head of the Ministry of Transport, Roman Starovoit, who was dismissed today from his post, was found in his car in the Malevich Park in the village of Razdory in the Odintsovo District. The discovery of the deceased in the car was later confirmed by the Investigative Committee.
