If the tasks of the Russian negotiating group in Istanbul undergo changes, then it is possible that its composition will also change. State Duma deputy Leonid Ivlev shared this opinion in a conversation with TASS .

According to Ivlev, the current negotiating group is currently coping with all tasks, and its composition is well balanced. However, in the future, Russian President Vladimir Putin may decide to change it.

"These are people [members of the negotiating group] who have up-to-date information, experience in world politics, knowledge and know Ukraine . There will be new tasks - and perhaps a change in the group. But this is the president's decision," the deputy said.

Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said that Ankara is ready to host the next negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
