The Government of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Discussed Investments in Tourism

The meeting, chaired by the head of the Government of the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania Boris Dzhanayev, discussed the implementation of investment projects in the tourism sector. Over the past two years, North Ossetia has attracted over 600 million rubles to create temporary accommodation facilities with a total capacity of over 500 rooms.
As part of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality”, applications are being collected for the construction of modular hotels, planned for 2025-2027.
"The demand for vacations in North Ossetia is constantly growing. The task of developing the industry is to create conditions so that both residents of the republic and tourists can feel as comfortable as possible. It is important not only to put new hotels into operation, but also to ensure a high level of service throughout the entire travel route," Boris Dzhanaev emphasized.
The importance of supporting business in the tourism sector was also noted. Last year, new hotel rooms, campsites, and modular hotels were opened in the Irafsky, Prigorodny, and Alagirsky districts of North Ossetia.
It was previously reported that the Mamison resort in North Ossetia would open on February 28.
