Proper planting of trees and shrubs on a plot of land helps not only to create a comfortable environment, but also to prevent conflicts with neighbors and violations of legal norms. Lawyer Elena Kuderko explained to the agency " Prime " the key rules that should be taken into account when landscaping the territory.
When planning plantings, it is important to consider several key aspects. Firstly, tall trees with fragile wood or old plants can fall during bad weather, damaging neighboring property - in this case, the responsibility will fall on the owner of the site. Secondly, spreading crowns can create excessive shade, preventing neighbors from growing light-loving plants.
Particular attention should be paid to the distance to buildings and communications. The root system can damage building foundations, utility networks and power lines. According to the standards, trees should be planted no closer than 2 meters to communications, and shrubs - no closer than 0.5 meters.
There are strict distance standards: tall trees (over 20 m) must be 5 meters from houses and 4 meters from the plot line, medium-sized trees (10-20 m) - 3 and 2 meters respectively, and shrubs - 1.5 and 1 meter. Planting trees and tall shrubs under power lines is prohibited within a radius of 2 meters.
Before starting work, it is recommended to study local regulations or consult with specialists. Even if all the rules are formally followed, it is important to consider the potential impact of plantings on neighboring areas.
Earlier it was reported that poachers were detained in Kamchatka with a catch worth 1.4 million rubles.
