Comarch has sold its shares in the Krakow club. However, it will remain a sponsor.

Robert Platek became the majority shareholder of KS Cracovia , and Elżbieta Filipiak took over minority shares - we read in the club's statement.
"I'm glad that we've finalized all the details related to this transaction and that I'll be able to participate in the upcoming match against Widzew. Cracovia is a club with an impressive history and enormous potential . I believe that together with the Filipiak family and with Comarch's continued support, we will strive for the highest goals and fulfill the ambitions of our fans," says Robert Platek, new shareholder of KS Cracovia.
" By the end of the first half of the year, we will have development strategies for all our main business lines . We are working on a 'living organism,' which means that not everything can be decided at this stage," Comarch CEO Jarosław Mikos said in an April 22 interview with WNP.
- Comarch is not a homogeneous organization - it has a holding structure because it covers a number of business lines that largely operate independently and do not have deep points of contact - Mikos said then.
"We're talking about ERP systems, solutions for the telecommunications, financial, loyalty, and data transmission sectors, as well as the healthcare and e-health sectors and the public sector. The company also includes the Cracovia sports club ," added the Comarch CEO.
