Businessman Yilmaz Ulusoy was sent off on his final journey

A funeral ceremony was held for Ulusoy at noon at the Barbaros Hayrettin Pasha Mosque in Levent.

Ulusoy's family accepted condolences at the ceremony.

The ceremony was attended by Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Foreign Policy and Security Chief Advisor to the President Ambassador Akif Çağatay Kılıç, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, Turkish Football Federation (TFF) President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, artist Orhan Gencebay and Ulusoy's relatives and loved ones.

Akif Çağatay Kılıç also conveyed President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's condolence message to the Ulusoy family before the funeral prayer.

Ulusoy's body was buried in Zincirlikuyu Cemetery after the funeral prayer held here at noon.
