Özgür Özel's 'Trump' claim: Did Erdoğan meet at Dolmabahçe?

As Israeli tanks advanced in Gaza, Özgür Özel sparked a new debate in politics.
Speaking at the CHP 's Bahçelievler rally, Özel claimed that PresidentRecep Tayyip Erdoğan and US President Donald Trump 's son, Donald Trump Jr., who shares his name, held a secret meeting at Dolmabahçe.
'THEY SIT DOWN TO NEGOTIATE WHILE HIDING HIS NAME'Özel, who claimed that the term "businessman" was written instead of Trump's son's name in the call records, used the following statements:
Last week, they negotiated anonymously with Trump's son, Trump Jr., in his office in Dolmabahçe. While Palestine is suffering, they're working with Trump's son through lobbying firms. They're abandoning Palestine to Trump. I said, 'Let's go ahead, arm in arm, and go to Palestine.' Nothing. I stand with the Palestinians, where are you, Erdoğan?
Özel reacted by stating that the AK Party remained silent regarding Trump's plan to turn Gaza into a holiday resort.
New details have emerged about US President Donald Trump's "Middle Eastern Riviera" plan for Gaza. According to documents obtained by the Washington Post, the Trump administration has considered a project that would establish a US-controlled resort in post-war Gaza and encourage Gazans to "voluntarily" migrate in exchange for per-capita payments.
THEY WILL HAVE AUTHORITY IN GAZA FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARSThe Trump administration's 38-page plan, titled "Gaza Reconstruction, Economic Acceleration, and Transformation Management (TRUST)," is based on Trump's view that the US will take over administration of the region for at least 10 years. The plan envisions transforming the region into a tourist resort and high-tech manufacturing hub.
TARGET TO 4X INCOMEThe plan calls for "modern, AI-powered smart cities" to be established at six to eight locations, between resorts along the coast and industrial zones near the Israeli border, with apartment buildings up to 20 stories high. Mixed-use areas will include "residential, commercial, light industrial, and other facilities, including clinics, hospitals, schools, and more," as well as "green spaces, including agricultural land, parks, and golf courses."
Calculations in the TRUST plan predict that industrial parks will create one million jobs and provide sustained “self-generating” revenue streams, with a $100 billion investment almost quadrupling after 10 years.
'MIGRATION' FORMULA FOR GAZA PEOPLEThe plan proposes a migration formula for Gazans, who are considered "cost-increasing." The company responsible for reconstruction will pay $5,000 per person in cash to relocate the 2 million Palestinians living in Gaza to another location, pay rent for four years of their accommodation outside Gaza, and provide food aid for one year. For Gazans who refuse to leave their land, they will be housed in "restricted safe zones" within the Strip until the end of construction, with apartments to be delivered upon completion.
