Raw milk prices increase by 6.8 percent

The National Milk Council (USK) announced the raw milk reference price as 19.60 lira per liter, effective from October 1, 2025.

The reference price is currently 18.35 lira per liter.

The decision taken at the Board Meeting of the National Dairy Council held today is as follows:

"The recommended sales price of raw cow milk with a fat content of 3.6 percent and protein of 3.2 percent, effective as of October 1, 2025, has been determined unanimously as 19.60 TL per liter net to the producer (excluding raw milk support).

THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE 29 CENTS

If the producer covers cooling, transportation, and other current costs, these costs will be paid additionally. A difference of ±29 kuruş will be applied for each change in the base fat and protein ratios (0.1%).

PRICE WILL BE RE-ASSESSED IN DECEMBER

The recommended selling price of raw cow milk will be re-evaluated between December 2025.
