The AK Party and MHP group brought the CHP Mayor to tears... "We will not allow this city to play with its future"
Following the termination of the protocol signed between Bilecik Municipality and Alve İnşaat by the company in Bilecik , the seizure process for the debt that could not be collected from the municipality was officially initiated.
Following this incident, the Bilecik Municipal Council convened today for an extraordinary meeting to discuss the sale of 25 properties and the related authorization. Mayor Melek Mızrak Subaşı announced that the sale of three commercial parcels, including the Old Bus Terminal, among the 25 properties has been abandoned. While the sale authorization for three parcels has been withdrawn, the remaining properties have been unanimously approved by the Mayor's Office and the Municipal Council.
The AK Party and MHP groups stated that they always stand with Mayor Melek Mızrak Subaşı, in the best interests of the people of Bilecik, during this process. CHP Mayor Melek Mızrak Subaşı was moved to tears after the AK Party and MHP groups declared that they would never allow a company to interfere with Bilecik's future.
