Why didn't Türkiye sign the declaration against Israel? Hakan Fidan explained

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan made a statement on the issue during a live broadcast on NTV.

According to the news of the Middle East Eye website, the six articles in the action plan accepted in Bogota are summarized as follows;
The sending of weapons, ammunition, military fuel and dual-use products to Israel will be completely prevented.
Ships carrying weapons or ammunition to Israel, regardless of their flag, will not be allowed into ports and will not be provided with fuel or any other service.
Cargo ships flying the flags of signatory countries will not carry any military supplies, fuel, or dual-use materials to Israel. The flags of such ships will be revoked.
All signatory countries will review and, if necessary, terminate all public agreements currently in force with Israel.
The signatory countries will fully comply with the penalties and sanctions decisions taken against Israel by international legal organizations.
The signatory countries will make the necessary changes to their legal systems to ensure that those who commit crimes in the occupied Palestinian territories can be punished in their own courts.
According to Middle East Eye news, 12 countries, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Indonesia, Iraq, Libya, Malaysia, Namibia, Nicaragua, Oman, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and the Republic of South Africa, signed the six-article action plan to be implemented against Israel's unlawful acts, which was adopted in Bogota.
