Driver sought after man seriously hurt in west London hit-and-run crash

London police are looking for the driver of a vehicle after a man was seriously hurt in a hit-and-run crash last month in the city's Cherryhill neighbourhood.

The collision occurred on the morning of July 29th near Cherryhill Place and Platts Lane.

Police say they received a 911 call around 8:20 a.m. about a man seen laying in the middle of the roadway.

He was taken to hospital by paramedics with serious but non-life threatening injuries, police said. He remained in hospital as of Wednesday afternoon.

No further information was provided about the victim, including his age.

No vehicle description was available.

Police say they're asking anyone who was in the area between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. who may have information, dashcam video, or surveillance camera video to contact them.
