Breaking News: Spark Record - More and more lithium & drilling starts!

All of the exploration data that Spark Energy Minerals Inc.* (WKN: A3EQSN) has been able to present to the public so far has been impressive.
However, as the project area is further explored, lithium values are improving! Nearly 4,000 ppm lithium could now give the stock new momentum, further boosted by the imminent start of drilling.

Spark Hits 3,712 ppm Lithium at Cruzeta, 118 ppm at Água Branca; Advances Drill Planning in Brazil's Lithium ValleySpark Energy Minerals Inc.* (WKN: A3EQSN ) is pleased to provide an update on ongoing exploration at its Arapaima project in Brazil's Lithium Valley.
Positive assay results from 16 rock chip and 46 stream sediment samples recently received from SGS Laboratories in Belo Horizonte reinforce Spark Energy's focus on advancing its three priority lithium targets—Cruzeta, Água Branca, and Grota do Maquém—with a view to diamond drilling in the third quarter of 2025. The company is also working to develop its emerging rare earth element target in Caladão.

"These results confirm the strong lithium potential of our Arapaima project. The 3,712 ppm lithium rock grade at Cruzeta is our highest to date and is supported by key indicator elements indicating developed LCT pegmatites. The 118 ppm lithium grade in stream sediments at Água Branca highlights the potential for large-scale exploration. With diamond drilling planned for the third quarter of 2025, we are accelerating target refinement. The Brazilian Lithium Valley is rapidly becoming a globally important critical minerals district, and Spark is well positioned during this discovery phase." - commented Eugene Hodgson, CEO of Spark Energy Minerals Inc.* (WKN: A3EQSN ) .
Results from rock chip sampling in the Cruzeta target areaSpark Energy reports encouraging reconnaissance sampling results from 16 pegmatite outcrops in the newly identified Cruzeta target area, with highly anomalous lithium values (peaking at 3,712 ppm lithium). This is the highest single lithium rock chip value since the field program began in November 2024. Importantly, the samples returned potassium/rubidium (K/Rb) ratios as low as 13, indicating highly advanced LCT pegmatites typically associated with lithium deposits.
Target Água Branca - River sediment sampling resultsStream sediment sampling results from the Água Branca priority target continue to be encouraging, peaking at 118 ppm lithium in the sub-basin. This result is consistent with previously reported anomalous values and underscores the broader prospectivity of the area (see NI 43-101 compliant technical report on SEDAR+).
News conclusion:Exploration drilling will commence sometime in the next three months, and then we'll see if the outstanding rock and sediment samples, which suggest to us that Spark Energy Minerals Inc.* (WKN: A3EQSN ) could develop by far the largest deposit in the Lithium Valley in terms of resource size, live up to their promise.
Of course, the results of the river sediment studies and rock samples are preliminary and part of an early-stage exploration program. They do not currently provide conclusive evidence of the likelihood of a mineral deposit and do not guarantee future discoveries. However, we also believe that the abundance of highly mineralized soil samples, combined with the fact that geologists have identified 123 individual pegmatite occurrences in 13 trends with a total strike length of 31 km, should be given considerable weight, because pegmatite is the host rock of all known Lithium Valley deposits.
Investors have celebrated the previous highs of 1,397 ppm Li and the K/Rb ratio of 23.84 with high volumes - what will they do with 3,712 ppm lithium and a potassium/rubidium ratio of 13?
This news has set the drilling countdown in motion. This could trigger a second wave of speculation. If the 2025 high is attacked before the drill bit even starts turning, this would represent a price gain of over 100%!
Opinion Editorial
The key points of the Arapaima lithium project of Spark Energy Minerals Inc.* (WKN: A3EQSN ) known so far:
- Identification of 123 individual pegmatite occurrences in 13 trends with a total strike length of 31 km.
- Discovery of anomalous lithium values in rock chip samples (up to 1,397 ppm Li) and stream sediments (up to 191 ppm Li) , as well as evolved pegmatites with K/Rb ratios as low as 23.84, possibly indicative of spodumene-rich LCT pegmatites.
- Encouraging rare earth element mineralization in the Caladão granite with soil samples grading >3,000 ppm TREO and stream sediments grading >6,000 ppm TREO , adjacent to high-grade drill results from neighboring Axel REE Limited.
- Excellent accessibility via paved roads and proximity to established infrastructure as well as the producing Sigma lithium mine, just 15 km away.
This represents a Lithium Valley record. Neither Latin Resources (ASX:LRS), Sigma Lithium (TSXV:SGML), Lithium Ionic (TSXV:LTH), nor Atlas Lithium (NASDAQ:ATLX) have been able to announce anything remotely similar! In terms of project size, none of these companies can compete either – not by a long shot!

In August 2020, the share price of Sigma Lithium (TSXV/Nasdaq:SGML), whose mine is located just a few kilometers from the Spark Energy Minerals Inc.* (WKN: A3EQSN ) project area, was still trading at CAD 0.13 (split-adjusted). Then everything happened very quickly: In less than three years, the price rose to a high of over CAD 57 – a 4,428% performance – and EUR 1,000 became EUR 44,280. The reason: Sigma's Grota do Cirilo deposit turned out to be a real monster: 45 million tons with an average lithium grade of 1.38%!
But Spark Energy Minerals Inc.* (WKN: A3EQSN ) might even be the "better Sigma" if one uses the geological conditions as a benchmark for comparison. Independent geologists commissioned by the state have determined that the highest probability of lithium in Lithium Valley is expected to be precisely where Spark's project is located, not where the Sigma mine is located!
One can therefore undoubtedly conclude that there might not be a better lithium investment idea at the moment, which, and this is important, 95% of interested investors do not even have on their radar!
The map shows the direct project size comparison between Spark Energy Minerals Inc.* (WKN: A3EQSN ) and the key players in the Lithium Valley in Brazil, such as
- Latin Resources (ASX:LRS) - recent acquisition by Pilbara Minerals (ASX:PLS)
- Sigma Lithium (TSXV:SGML),
- Lithium Ionic (TSXV:LTH)
- Atlas Lithium (NASDAQ:ATLX) ,
All have generated thousands of percent gains for their shareholders and are collectively worth billions of dollars. Spark Energy Minerals Inc.* (WKN: A3EQSN ) now owns over 64,000 hectares (640 km²!!!)—and, more importantly, the area is contiguous and not fragmented like its "billionaire neighbors"!
Everything indicates that the share of Spark Energy Minerals Inc.* (WKN: A3EQSN ) , which is valued at just 14 million CAD, could be an absolute hit for early investors!
