Thus, the main consequences are difficulty sleeping, physical symptoms such as headaches or muscle aches, irritability, low productivity, and difficulty concentrating.

The analysis highlighted that this negative impact on the emotional well-being of employees has resulted in one in four workers in Mexico, have been granted medical disability due to mental or psychological health problems in the last 12 months, which is five percentage points higher than last year.

The text details that although there are challenges in Mexican organizations regarding mental health , only 41% of respondents indicated that the company they work for has established policies to support their psychological well-being, and 57% of workers feel they do not receive support from their employers.
