The BTP06 Federation is building its Management Course

Valtinée , Atelier SL Prestige , ABE , Sermatech and Lizée . Five member companies of the Alpes-Maritimes Building and Public Works Federation (FBTP06) participated in the first edition of the Alpes-Maritimes Building and Public Works Federation Manager's Course.

An initiative to be credited to Jean-Pascal Decroix, STME manager and elected official who was inspired by the model previously implemented by UIMM06. Built in collaboration with the Departmental Directorate of Employment, Labor and Solidarity ( DDETS ), the OPCO of construction Constructys and the Advance Solution training center, the six-month collective support program divided into twelve days of training allowed participants who benefited from full funding to work on strategic vision, employer branding and CSR.

Three strategic axes for their future. The goal being, among other things, to build a strategy aligned with its purpose and the company's ambitions, to establish a solid organization supporting the development strategy, to identify employer branding mechanisms and to define a communication plan. Not to mention to initiate a structured CSR approach. For Pierre Mario, director of Valtinée, "this has allowed us in particular to better align our job offers with candidates' expectations: we have increased tenfold the number of CVs received."

"Working with companies of different sizes and stages of development has been very beneficial for us," says Guillaume Arnaudet of Sermatech. "We realized what we were already doing within our company and we have already set up a newsletter that is very popular with employees," emphasize Laura Sanguedolce and Dalouny Vongnarath of Atelier SL Prestige.

"This course makes sense and is a winning package for businesses, customers and employees. It is important for the federation to listen," continues Patrick Moulard, the president of FBTP06, who hopes to quickly offer a second session.
