Figure skating, like clockwork at the Salle Victorien in Draguignan

With some 110 members, the CPR Les Dragons club, founded in 1986 and affiliated with the French Roller and Skateboard Federation, offers year-round classes for all ages and levels, from beginners to national competitors. The club is a true stronghold in the Paca region.
The association regularly organizes individual choreographic workshops and technical workshops by division and category, while also taking part in various local events.
And this was all driven by a shared passion for growing the discipline of figure skating within the region. In any case, the two events—the Dragon Trophy on Saturday, for the specific discipline of freeskating, and the novice finals on Sunday—lived up to all their promises at the Salle Victorien at the Léo-Lagrange stadium. And this was in front of a large audience of connoisseurs who came out in force to witness the spectacle.
It should be noted that the Dragon Trophy allowed all skaters who had not qualified for the regional and national cup finals to end the season in style through a demonstration of their respective programs.
Whatever the outcome, friendliness and fair play were the order of the day for this festive weekend. It was an opportunity to finally salute the entire team of volunteers from the CPR Les Dragons, led by President Martine Pages, for this total success in terms of performance. A true success across the board in all areas.
The announced celebration was indeed a total success. And we can only rejoice. And long live roller skating!
