Foggia Local Health Authority (ASL) is holding a meeting to streamline healthcare bookings and reduce wait times.

A meeting was held at the ASL Foggia General Management Office to make healthcare bookings quicker, simpler, and more convenient, addressing the issues reported by users.

THE MEETING

The meeting convened by Antonio Nigri, general director of ASL Foggia, included Walter Mancini, president of the Joint Consultative Committee (CCM), a body that works within healthcare companies to improve the quality of healthcare services offered to citizens and represents 17 voluntary associations; Angelo Tomaro , sole director of Sanitaservice; and Antonella La Torre for the Public Relations Office (URP) and CCM representative.

THE COMMITMENT

During the meeting, urged by the CCM president, the joint commitment to streamlining access to the CUP was emphasized, also in light of the implementation of the Electronic Health Record (EHR), which the Puglia Region is working on, in order to eliminate lines at the counters and phone calls.
