Ferrero's employee bonus: up to €2,580 extra based on performance

ROME – Workers at Ferrero, the Alba-based confectionery company known for Nutella , will receive a bonus tied to their 2024-2025 financial year objectives of up to €2,580 gross. This bonus will be made up of the company's single financial result (30% of the bonus) and the operating result (70% of the bonus) tied to the specific performance of each plant.
This is what is stipulated in the agreement between the company 's management and the national and local trade unions Fai-Cisl, Flai-Cgil, Uila-Uil, and coordinated by the RSU and trade union representatives of the commercial network.
The meeting, required by the national collective bargaining agreement, allowed all participants to analyze market trends, the company's production prospects, investment plans, and employment trends, as well as the implementation of the current supplementary agreement.
A portion of the prize can be linked to personal services ( flexible benefits ) through the dedicated Ferrero Care platform. This platform, evolving year after year, has been enriched with additional initiatives in the areas of family , healthcare , supplemental pensions , various services, and leisure. For those who decide to convert a portion of the prize into a flexible benefit, the company pays an additional contribution equal to 20% of the chosen amount, which is added to the welfare credit.
