Skating, three Primavera athletes called up for the World Cup

Prato, June 22, 2025 - In just over three months, the World Cup of figure skating will be held in Argentina, in the “compulsory” specialty. An event that will see the best male and female skaters in the world compete. And the city of Prato will also be represented, as three members of the Primavera will be part of the Italy that will participate in the top continental event. The technical commissioner of the National team, Fabio Hollan, has in fact called up Desirèe Cocchi (for the “senior” category) Mattia Danesi and Angela Costantino for the competition that will begin on September 26 in Buenos Aires (and end on the following September 28). Call-ups that certify the quality of the work carried out by the technical staff of the Prato club chaired by Marina Magelli, and the group trained by Candida Cocchi. A few weeks ago, moreover, the Primavera Prato won first place in the general ranking for the Italian figure skating championship, again in the compulsory specialty.
