Love bombs: Trump nominated for Nobel Peace Prize

Arsenal of Love.- Donald Trump has just been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his role in “pacifying” the Middle East, and boy, do we live in a strange world.

The occurrence The proposal was made by Republican lawmaker Buddy Carter, who said he wrote to the Nobel Committee to nominate the former U.S. president because of his “extraordinary and historic role in ending the armed conflict between Israel and Iran and preventing the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism from obtaining the most lethal weapon on the planet.”

🚨🇺🇸 The United States and Trump have just ended the war they dubbed “the 12-day war” between Israel and Iran.

It was a conflict that could have escalated to nuclear bombing and a possible third world war, but it didn't.

Can you imagine Trump receiving a peace award?

This comes just days after Trump ordered the bombing of at least three nuclear power plants in Iran, putting the world on the brink of a major conflict, which—apparently—now qualifies you as worthy of the Peacemaker of the Year award.

The same Georgia representative added that “Trump's leadership during the crisis exemplifies the ideals the Nobel Peace Prize seeks to recognize: the pursuit of peace, the prevention of war, and the fostering of international harmony. In a region rife with historical animosity and political volatility, a breakthrough of this magnitude demands both courage and clarity.”

Similarly, Israel, through its ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, stated in a less than flattering manner that “President Trump deserves the award.”

NATO Secretary to Trump: "I just want to recognize your decisive action in Iran. You're a strong man, but also a man of peace. The fact that you've now also achieved this ceasefire... I really want to commend you for that." pic.twitter.com/gqBrbbHu9v

"I think we should thank him for his leadership and the decisions he made, and thus recognize the efforts of the United States," said Danon, who apparently also has big ideas for the Pulitzer Prize, the Nobel Peace Prize in Economics, and maybe even a Grammy if they keep asking him.
