Barcelona will wear rapper Travis Scott's logo at the May 11 derby.

Barcelona 's men's team will wear the logo of American rapper Travis Scott in their match against Real Madrid on May 11 at the Estadio Olímpico Lluís Companys, while the women's team will do so on May 18 against Athletic Club at the Johan Cruyff stadium, as part of the agreement that the Catalan club has with Spotify, one of its main sponsors.
According to the Catalan club's announcement this Friday, Cactus Jack , a brand created by the artist who lends his name to his record label and fashion collections, and acts as his creative alter ego, will be the emblem that will appear on the chest of both teams' jerseys.
Travis Scott is one of the most listened to artists on Spotify and is known for his ability to blend styles ranging from rap to alternative hip hop, among others.
The musician has more than 67 million monthly listeners on the platform and over 44 billion streams, including five songs (Goosebumps, Sicko Mode, Highest in the Room, and Butterfly Effect) in the so-called 'Billions Club,' the group of songs that have accumulated more than one billion streams.
The club also explained that the artist behind the shirt logo change will perform in Barcelona the day before the Clásico. The performance will take place on the evening of May 10th in an iconic Barcelona venue transformed into a music venue. It will be a private and exclusive concert for the American singer's most loyal fans, who will be invited to the show via Spotify, the club stated.
The shirts, which go on sale starting this Friday, will come in two formats: one limited edition consisting of 1,899 units, and another, more exclusive one, will bear the signatures of the starting players from both matches.
The appearance of the Travis Scott logo is the sixth activation of the partnership between Spotify and FC Barcelona. Previous highlights have included Coldplay, Karol G, The Rolling Stones, Rosalía, and Drake .
