Just before the discharge session, on June 16 this year, the Office of the City Council and Cooperation with Housing Estate Management Boards of the City Council in Przemyśl received a rather mysterious letter initialed by the chairman of the PiS Councilors' Club in the City Council in Przemyśl, Rafał Kijanka, with information that the club had four councilors. They were: R. Kijanka, Robert Bal, Bartłomiej Barczak and Paweł Bugera. The absence of Maciej Kamiński and Stanisław Surma in this group gave a lot to think about.
