Among the honored students were those who implemented the Eco Guard ecological project. They built a drone and developed an application that monitors emissions from chimneys, taking care of air quality. In January, they organized the conference "EcoGuard - Together for Clean Air". Their project took third place in Europe in the prestigious AI STEM competition organized by Science on Stage Europe. The results were announced on June 5-6 in Berlin.
- Behind them are hundreds of sleepless nights, missed meetings, unwatched series - said project coordinator Ryszard Markowicz.
During these months, they not only built a drone, they created software and applications. They learned cooperation and responsibility.
