- emphasizes the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

A modern tool for citizens, planners and investors

The Urban Register is a project of digitization of data in the field of spatial planning and development. The system will contain, among others , planning documents, administrative decisions, reports from public consultations and decisions of supervisory bodies .

The key functionality will be the ability to create, update and share data - all in one, publicly accessible place. The project is the result of cooperation between the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the substantive partner - the Department of Spatial Planning in the Ministry of Development and Technology.

The project will not only increase the availability of spatial information, but also support the sustainable development of cities and municipalities . Modern digital tools in the service of public space have the potential to become the foundation of future investments - transparent, predictable and in line with the needs of the community.

-emphasizes Krzysztof Gawkowski, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitization, quoted in the press release.

- Thanks to the Urban Register, planning data will be available faster, easier and for everyone - he adds.

Faster decisions, less bureaucracy, or e-Wyrys of the commune's general plan

After the introduction of the Urban Register, it is planned to launch a new electronic service, i.e. e-Wyrys POG. It will allow to obtain an extract and an extract from the general plan of the commune completely online.

- This act is the first legal document in Poland whose content is based solely on fully standardized spatial data, without traditional text and drawings . This is a significant convenience for residents, investors and officials - enumerates the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

He emphasizes that new solutions will directly affect the shortening of the waiting time for planning and investment decisions . The availability of data and a simplified process of their update and publication will allow for avoiding delays and administrative barriers.
