They were picking on everyone. They wanted money from me.

- Please watch out for a group of suspicious men, about 5 people, aged around 30-40, who are accosting people in the parking lot in front of Biedronka on Bolesława Chrobrego Street - warns one of the residents in her Facebook post on the Trzebnica group.

- They mainly harass women. They can harass in the middle of the day and at night, when shops are already closing. Special warning to women. They can also be seen in other places. They are probably under the influence of alcohol. They are pushy and do not look kindly in their eyes. Please be careful - you can read in the entry from June 6.

This resident wasn’t the only one who noticed the problem. The post was followed by comments. Here are some of them:

- That's right, there were two at the small Biedronka around 9 pm on Wednesday. They were harassing everyone who came in. They wanted money from me. It won't be long before I'm afraid to go out alone in the evenings.

- Unfortunately, they themselves approached people, mainly young women who were shopping alone or using an ATM. I watched them from the car for some time.

- Today around 6pm they were also harassing people near Biedronka. Not only women, men too. The gentlemen were clearly under the influence of alcohol.

One of the internet users rightly pointed out that people who were harassed or saw it should report it to the police. As Deputy Commissioner Daria Szydłowska from the District Police Headquarters in Trzebnica told us, no one filed a report in this case.

- If someone is bothering you, you should call 112, a patrol will come and check the ID of such people - the policewoman appeals.

As a result of our report, she assured us that the police would visit the area during the day to check whether there were any suspicious people there or whether they were bothering anyone.
