Two Polish Special Forces soldiers died during training in the USA.

The General Command announced on Friday that a tragic accident occurred during night parachute training in the United States, resulting in the deaths of two Special Forces soldiers. The causes of the incident are being investigated by a special commission, the release stated.

“It is with deep regret that we inform you that on September 19, 2025, during night parachute training in the United States, a tragic accident occurred, resulting in the death of two Special Forces soldiers,” the General Command of the Armed Forces announced in a post on the X platform.

The families of the soldiers who died were provided with comprehensive support.

"The causes of the incident are being investigated by a special commission established to clarify this tragic event," the release stated. (PAP)

President Karol Nawrocki and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz expressed their condolences to the families of two Special Forces soldiers who died during night parachute training in the United States.

President Karol Nawrocki wrote: "It is with deep sadness that I received the news of the death of two Special Forces soldiers who died during parachute training in the United States."

President Nawrocki expressed his condolences and "solidarity in pain" to the families and loved ones. "May the good Lord keep their souls in His care," he added.

"Extremely sad news has reached us from the United States. Two of our excellent Special Forces soldiers died during a night parachute exercise in the US. The families of the fallen have been given full support. I offer them my deepest condolences. May the good Lord watch over you and give you strength in these most difficult days," Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz wrote on the 10th portal.
