Grupa Azoty has a new CEO. Andrzej Skolmowski will lead the state giant

The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty has adopted a resolution to elect Andrzej Skolmowski as President of the Management Board of the company, the group announced in a press release.

"The task for the management board is primarily to reach an agreement with financing institutions and regain long-term financial stability as well as operational restructuring of the entire capital group, which will ensure the profitability of business activities and development in new areas," said Andrzej Skolmowski, president of Grupa Azoty, quoted in the release.

Andrzej Skolmowski has previously held the position of vice-president of the management board, and from May 12, 2025, he was acting president until the appointment of the president as a result of the initiated qualification procedure. (PAP Biznes)
