LPP received a fine of PLN 1.8 million from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority

LPP received a decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority imposing on the company a fine in the amount of PLN 1.8 million in extraordinary mitigation conditions, LPP said in a press release.

The fine was imposed for failure to fulfill the obligation by failing to disclose to the public confidential information created on May 10, 2022, regarding the negotiations agreed upon by the parties, key terms, and structure of the transaction involving the sale by the company of 100 percent of the shares in Re Trading OOO.
