Ewa Szadkowska: The president has lost his cool

I know that Andrzej Duda, formally a doctor of law, has a very casual attitude towards the law, including the constitution. Refusing to accept the oath of office from legally elected judges of the Constitutional Tribunal, swearing in their understudies at night, pardoning someone who hasn't yet been legally convicted, signing laws that at first glance undermine the rule of law and politicize the judiciary without batting an eye, providing shelter to people who are about to be imprisoned... The list goes on.
