A drive against racism. Club threatens stadium bans.

Pogoń's managing director, Tan Kesler, has issued an appeal to fans in response to racist comments on social media.

"Sport teaches self-discipline, shapes character, and demonstrates proper attitudes consistent with the spirit of fair play. These are values ​​we are proud of and strive to uphold. Therefore, we strongly appeal to all Pogoń Szczecin fans: there is no place for racial discrimination or any other form of racism in democratic societies. We categorically do not consent to it. In response to the racist comments that have recently appeared in the context of our new players, we are immediately implementing the following rules: all racist comments or posts directed at our players or opposing players will be removed from public spaces; those responsible will be blocked on our social media, and using all possible human resources, we will identify the culprits, who will then receive a lifetime ban from our stadium.

Pogoń Szczecin is a club with a long history, representing a city that is open, proud, and diverse. Therefore, we firmly condemn all manifestations of racism, intolerance, and hatred. We firmly believe that the Pride of Pomerania is a community of people who, without exception, look in the same direction. We prioritize shared values, love for the club, and mutual understanding. In all of this, there is no room for discrimination. Every player, regardless of skin color, origin, or religion, deserves respect.

We appeal to all fans, supporters, and residents of Szczecin to support our players. Let's show that we stand together when they need it most. Our strength lies in unity, and Szczecin is a place where everyone who loves Pogoń is welcome – without exception. Let's work together to create an atmosphere where everyone feels safe and respected," wrote Pogoń Szczecin CEO Tan Kesler.
