'High Level Chef' starts this Tuesday; see everything you need to know about the reality show with Ana Maria Braga

The competition features pressure, hustle and bustle, good food, and impressive numbers. Until last year, the Globo Studios area where the reality show's kitchens are now located housed sets for soap operas and series.

The challenges take place on three kitchen levels: basement, middle, and top. Food is delivered via a platform resembling an elevator—generating all the tension of the show. With just a few seconds to choose items, the top competitors are the first to access the food, followed by those in the middle. Those in the basement end up with the leftovers.

The reality show will feature a special trio of essential mentors for the competitors: Alex Atala, Jefferson Rueda and Renata Vanzetto.

The structure was assembled at Estúdios Globo, in the location where it was a film set, with a 17-meter-high tent.

He is the Brazilian version of “Next Level Chef”, created by Gordon Ramsay.

The winner will receive R$500,000 and exclusive mentoring with the three chefs.
