Mata do Choupal closed until August 10th

The Choupal National Forest is closed until August 10 due to rising temperatures and the increased risk of rural fires, the Institute for Nature Conservation and Forests (ICNF) reported in a statement.
According to the same statement, “access, circulation and permanence” within the Mata Nacional do Choupal is prohibited between 9:00 am today and 11:59 pm on August 10th.
